It is fully furnished and equipped with a fireplace, air-conditioning, oven, stove, refrigerator, water heater, washing machine, etc.
Villa Portillo also has a ground floor house with a huge living and dining room with a fireplace and air-conditioning, a large fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room, one washroom, one large bathroom, one small and one large terraza and three double bedrooms.
There is a garden big enough for your family to enjoy.

We are located just right in the middle of the extensive Bahía d'Alcúdia.
Just a 10-minute walk away from the villa is the S'Albufera Natural Park.
And a 15-car drive away from the villa is the Puig San Martí which offers a great hiking trail and impressive views of the north of the island.
This villa is approximately 5 minutes (by car) away from Port d'Alcúdia, 5 minutes from C'an Picafort, 15 minutes from Alcúdia and 45 minutes from Palma.
Imagine yourself waking up in the morning, going to the beach after breakfast without having to travel - just a few steps away from your reach. That is LUXURY!
However, if you like the beach but still wants to be close to the "buzz" and "vibe" of the night life, we also offer a studio and a two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Pere Más i Reus or the commonly called "Dollar Street" in Port d'Alcúdia. It's situated above the White Rose Family Run Pub and Restaurant beside Rose's Return Pub. It's just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
